Question: What is your processing/shipping procedure?

Answer: My current processing time is 5 business days from purchase on decal orders.  Processing for key chains and tumblers vary. Please refer to description for more detail.

Business days excludes holidays and weekends.  Processing time does not include time in transit. 

Depending on the method of shipping you choose at checkout, your in transit time will vary between 3 to 7 business days without delays. 

Your order is coming from Alaska, so please be aware of this when you place your order.  If you need to have it shipped in 2-4 business days, please select the RUSH ORDER option.  If you need it to be in transit less time, please choose EXPRESS PRIORITY for 2 day GUARANTEED (via USPS).

Once your order ships, it is out of my control.  I can only see what you see when checking the tracking information.  If it states "In transit to next destination" that means it is enroute and hasn't been scanned at the next mail facility. 

I do include Shipsurance on standard mail packages, however, claims cannot be filed until the 21st day post shipment.  If you chose Priority, claims can be filed via USPS on the 15th day post shipment.  According to the USPS website, neither of these methods are "guaranteed" to be delivered within the stated time frames.  The only "guaranteed" method is EXPRESS PRIORITY, meaning if it is not delivered within 2 days, you can file a claim for a full refund.

Question: Will the MB2 Decals fit a child sized magic band?

Answer: My MB2 Decals are only applied to the colored portion of the magic bands, so even if they are adjusted to fit a smaller wrist, they will fit.

 Question: How do I apply the decal to my magic band?

Answer: I always include detailed instructions on how to apply your magic band. However, I have recently recorded a video on the application process.

 

Question: Do you offer any special discounts?

Answer: I offer bulk discounts starting at 10% off for 10+ items. I also offer a 10% discount for military/first responders/teachers. Please contact me prior to purchasing for appropriate code. Proof of eligibility may be required.
